2. License

• Starter License: You may use the software in one (1) end product.
• Pro License: You may use the software in unlimited end products for yourself.
• Team License: You may use the software in unlimited end products, including products built for clients (extended license).
• All licenses: You may NOT redistribute, resell, or sublicense the LaraSpeed source code itself.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email support@laraspeed.dev within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

4. Updates

• Starter: 6 months of updates from purchase date.
• Pro and Team: Lifetime updates.

Updates are delivered via download link from LemonSqueezy.

5. Support

• Starter: Community support via GitHub Issues.
• Pro: Priority email support (support@laraspeed.dev), 24-48 hour response time.
• Team: Priority email support, 24 hour response time, plus one 1-hour consultation call.

6. Intellectual Property

LaraSpeed source code is owned by its creators. Your purchase grants you a license to use, not ownership of, the intellectual property. You own the code you write on top of LaraSpeed.

7. Disclaimer

LaraSpeed is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the software.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
